The bars in Sitges really don't open that early - most don't actually fling open their doors until after 10pm and even then don't get going until much later. The exception is the Parrot Terrace which is open in the afternoon, and El Horno which opens early evening. Many bars restrict opening days out of season, so you'll find some only open at weekends during the Winter months.
 

		Seven Great little bar in the style of a pub. A popular hangout for gay brits abroad and Western European crowd. Very friendly bar staff give everyone a warm welcome and it's a must at the start of your night out! Open 10pm until 3am. Carrier Nou, 7, Sitges
		Comodín Traditional style Spanish gay bar with small dance floor and tiny stage which is popular with an older crowd and home to entertainment - possibly the only regular drag shows in town. Open every day 10pm - 3am except Tuesday and closed in November. Carrer d'en Tacó, 4, Sitges 93 894 16 98
		Parrots Pub The original in the emerging Parrots empire, this bar is an open terrace where you can enjoy a sundowner and watch the world go by. Table service and nibbles - all very laid back! Open daily from 5pm. Plaça Industria, 2, Sitges
		Mediterraneo Enormous bar cum club that is so trendy it hurts and one of the most popular late night dance venues. Split over two levels, there's a large bar and faux-courtyard area (complete with palm trees) downstairs, while upstairs is more relaxed seating areas and pool table. Sant Bonaventura, 6, Sitges
		Casablanca This bar, aimed at the bear scene is surprisingly twee and even the darkroom has a theatre style brocade curtain to shield it (we were dying to yell 'ta-da!'). 		Man Bar Cruisy bar that has a theme night nearly every night. Mondays is Sportswear, Tuesdays is cheap bear, Wednesdays is Leather, Thursdays and Sundays is underwear. Look out for their special themed parties throughout the Summer. Open 11pm - 3am daily. Sant Bonaventura, 19, Sitges
		Parrots Terrace The only gay bar open in the afternoon, this is a great place to have an ice-cold beer after a morning of sunning yourself on the beach. Open daily until sunset, when Parrots Pub takes over. Plaça Industria, 3, Sitges
		Bar Azul Small bar, popular with a younger crowd, made seemingly bigger by the enormous mirror behind the bar. Screens play saucy gay movies, which is a little at odds with the cafe/bar feel of the place, but it has a buzzy atmosphere. Open from 9pm to 3am daily with regular happy hours. 		El Candil Almost Tardis-esque from the first impression from the outside, this bar is a mini-club with lots of mirrors, chrome and dancefloor. There are two bars, one of which is the smoking area (no smoking in the rest of the venue). A plethora of fluorescent lighting will make it more teeth and eyes in some parts, but will set off your white clubby vests off a treat. Dark room area and toilets helpfully pointed out by clever use of reflective footprints... Open daily 10pm to 3am. Carrer Carreta, 9, Sitges
		El Piano Cabaret singers abound, this bar is trying for the swanky lounge feel which for lovers of live singing while they sup their drinks is fine, if a little expensive. Sant Bonavenutura, 37, Sitges
		Bourbons This incredibly fun bar has the rather unsettling feature of full blown porn movies sitting side by side with showtunes and handbag pop classics. Imagine the comedy value of a hardcore movie scene with a 'let's get physical' Olivia Newton John soundtrack... Open daily with incredible drinks offers, dark room, odd basin in the toilet and at table service available. Sant Bonaventura, 13, Sitges
		Bear's Bar Following the cheeky neon arrow on the sign outside, you'll find a busy bar for Bears, Cubs, Chubs and their admirers and a resulting slightly older crowd. Lots of saucy films going on over the screens and there's a dark room. Open daily at the usual bar times. Carrer Bonaire, 17, Sitges
		Oreks A bar packed full of fun, with showtunes or handbag blasting out and the occasional stripper. Popular with the beautiful people. Carrer Bonaire, 13, Sitges
		XXL Masculine black and chrome awaits you at this industrial looking bar and club. Dance floor that gets packed out with quite a selection of house and dance with a long bar and spiral staircase to washrooms and a small viewing area for the inhouse blue movies. Friendly bar staff and crowd. Cruisy with special nights, including underwear parties on a regular basis. Open daily from 11pm to 3.30am. C. Juan Tarrida, 7, Sitges
		B-Side Men-only bar with relaxed lounge feel, albeit with video and darkroom. Regular party-nights and strippers throughout the summer. Open from 6pm until 3am (but check times outside season). Sant Gaudenci, 7, Sitges
		El Horno Small bar, popular with the bear and older crowd, with a warm welcome. As the name suggests, there cruising aplenty, particularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays when they hold their pants parties. One of the earliest bars to open of an evening, opening hours are 5.30pm to 3.30am daily - with happy hours every day until 7pm serving two for one. 		Prinz A clubby bar with regular entertainment in the form of drag shows and strippers - we couldn't actually work out when it was open or not... C. Nou, 4, Sitges
