review

It's big, it's gay, it's a day long and it's Brisbane. So the name sort of says it all. Even after the recent dizzy heights of Sydney's Mardi Gras, this was bloody good fun. And they had Leo Sayer!

Some 6,000 gays congregated in and around The Wickham for a summer street party like no other. From midday to midnight the crowd drank and partied to local and international acts and DJs - including Sneaky Sound System and Leo Sayer.

REALBrighton happened to be holidaying in the area and so, between drinks, attempted to capture the moment... even though we only had a little camera and had consumed our own body weight in vodka.

Did I mention that Leo Sayer was there!?
