The birthday weekend would not, of course, be complete without a big meal somewhere lovely. The chosen restaurant was Mamas (I think that's what it was called?), and was suitably delicious as well as not being overpriced. We opened our party bags (!) put on our glowing things and hats, pocketed the condoms, we ate, we drank and we were merry. Oh, and I seemed to think it was amusing to play a game of "who's crotch is it anyway" with the camera under the table... post your answers as captions to the photographs for a prize...

But the night was far from over when we left the restaurant. A short walk and we were at one of Barcelona's top gay nightclubs - Salvation. Personally I thought it was a great venue with great music - something for everyone! Having said that, we weren't too convinced about the handbag/disco stuff playing in the red room. I must admit that my memory of the night seems to be somewhat foggy towards the end...
