New Year at Mark & Cam's!...
review
New Year is a time to try and find some friends that aren't still away visiting family, haven't taken a last minute skiing holiday, aren't working, aren't clubbing in London, aren't staying in with their other half and a bottle of wine, aren't having an early night and... well... are up for a good night out!
Tonight at Mark and Cam's lovely new house (I hope it has somewhat recovered from 40 odd people trailing in and out of the smoking area with muddy shoes by now) a few friends congregated to see in the new year with a bang. Actually about 50 bangs - everyone who came was instructed to bring along a rocket - so midnight was marked with a fabulous pyrotechnic display, as well as the inevitable Auld Lang Syne... and the even more inevitable post-midnight snogs that were taken to all sorts of new heights in the garden shed, locked in bedrooms, in cupboards, toilets and pretty much every dark and not-so-dark corner of the house!
Alcohol was obviously consumed in vast quantities - those vodka jelly shots were lethal! Not to mention the AbFab style fridge full of bubbly, the sambuca, the absynth and the endless vodka mixers that we all seem to have consumed.
Anyway - a bloody marvellous night! Big big thanks boys!
(p.s. this is quite a heavy edit of the photos - you'll be pleased to hear! I'm not sure I'll ever be able to look at a lawnmower in the same way again!)

Aghh...looks like you boys all had a wicked time wish I'd been there, I missed you all lots on my New Years! The new place looks cool and I love the garden ;o)

It was a great night... I am glad you all could make it! It wouldn't have been the same without such lovely friends there to celebrate the new year in... Are you coming to this year's one?!
